Japan intends to ban the sale of cars with internal combustion engines running on petrol or diesel by the 2030s, NHK television reported. Within 15 years, sales of new cars will be limited to only hybrid and electric vehicles.

Saudi Arabia’s national oil and gas company Saudi Aramco has announced the discovery of four oil and gas fields. Saudi Energy Minister Prince Abdulaziz Bin Salman said the company was assessing the extent of oil, gas and condensate reserves in those fields and determining the overall size of the new deposits.
