New Russian institute to uphold standards, certification in gas and oil industry
Russia is setting up a scientific institute to uphold standards and carry out certification of scientific and technical developments conducted by companies in the oil and gas sector — to be known as the Institute for Initiatives in Oil and Gas Technologies.
