Peter Wilding – Let’s find simpler, smoother ways to reduce emissions

Whilst there is a unified energy policy for Europe, specificity is subject to national decision-making. This was stated by Peter Wilding, the new member of the Global Energy Board of Trustees, founder of the company British Influence and author of the term “Brexit”, in an interview with president of the Association Sergey Brilev.

Russian government recommends boosting production levels at refineries

Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak told oil companies at a meeting to boost production levels at refineries in order to raise the level of fuel reserves to 1.6-1.7 million tonnes.

Saudi Arabia to switch energy sources to gas and renewables

Saudi Arabia plans to switch its energy sources by 2030, with 50 % to be provided by gas and the rest from renewable energy sources, Energy Minister Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman said.
