Its purpose will be to establish promising forms of cooperation in using new energy sources, to resolve environmental issues, exchange technology on the reliability and safety of energy sources, analyse the resource base and study the parameters of national and international markets for renewable energy sources. The issue of cooperation in integrating renewable sources will be a separate matter.
The document will serve as a basis for an exchange of experience in studying technologies of production, storage, use and transport of hydrogen. It will also facilitate the emergence of joint alliances to proceed with Russian-German projects in promising sectors.
