Rosatom, Russia’s state nuclear power utility, has bought Quadra, one of the biggest energy generating companies in Russia, from Mikhail Prokhorov’s ONEXIM group.

Oil imports in east Asia as of the end of January exceeded pre-crisis levels, according to preliminary data issued by Refinitiv. In the period from December 2021 to January 2022, regional oil imports rose by 12 %, from 23.71 million barrels per day (bpd) to 26.46 million, exceeding the level established in January 2019 (26.11 million bpd).
