Suez to become green hydrogen production centre
Globeleq, a renewable energy producer and the Egyptian government have signed a memorandum on a green hydrogen project to be implemented in the Suez Canal Economic Zone. The document involves the construction of 3.6 GW electrolysis facilities, and also wind turbines and solar panels with a total capacity of 9 GW.
