Hydropower industry will be the foundation of the energy balance in Latin America until 2030, Gonzalo Casaravilla, professor of the Engineering Department of the Electric Engineering Institute with the University of the Republic of Uruguay and the ex-President of UTE said at the first conference of the Regional to Global cycle in Punta del Este (Uruguay).
