Global Energy and UTEC sign cooperation agreement
The Global Energy Association and the Technological University of Uruguay (UTEC) have signed an agreement of cooperation. The document was signed by Dr. Sergey Brilev, President of the Association, and Dr. Rodolfo Silveira, Member of UTEC’s Central Board of Directors. The signing ceremony took place as part of the Regional to Global: Latin America conference, which was held on February 2, 2023 in Punta del Este in the south of Uruguay.
