Offshore photovoltaic platform: innovation in solar energy
A consortium led by engineering firm Tractebel and dredging firms DEME and the Jan De Nul Group have developed Seavolt, a floating solar panel platform. The prototype is to be launched in the Belgian part of the North Sea in the summer of 2023.
