Based on the last year results, the share of China in the global launch of gas-fired combined heat and power plants (CHPPs) accounted for 26%. In 2022, 30.6 GW gas-fired CHPP were launched globally, and in the PRC the newly launched capacity made 8 GW, the Global Energy Monitor reports.
