The year of success and innovations

The outgoing year 2016 turned out to be the year of breakthroughs for the Global Energy Association and the same-named international energy award. The project has more vividly approved itself in the energy world, having strengthened its status as the center of attraction to many brilliant minds of the industry from various countries of the world. The breakthrough has been accomplished in several areas, including quantity and quality of the organized events, accepted nomination applications, development and launch of the new nominating platform, as well as numerous awards given to the Global Energy programs this year.

Today the most pleasant words and wishes are addressed to those, who help to make our life warmer and brighter – to the workers of Russian energy industry. The “Global Energy” Association joins all the congratulations and wishes that work always brings pleasure, energy never runs out and all plans come true.

The Global Energy Prize laureate Valentin Parmon evaluates perspectives and challenges Russia faces in energy field

The first stage of the XV nomination cycle – application for the Global Energy Prize – has been closed today, on December 20. The world’s best experts of the energy world for almost three months have been offering candidacies of the Global Energy Prize 2017 potential laureates. The names of the Prize laureates will be announced in April, 2017.

The Global Energy Prize awarding ceremony has been recognized by Global Event Awards 2016

The Global Energy Prize has been acknowledged one of the leaders, according to Global Event Awards 2016. The solemn awarding ceremony took the second place for the best decoration settings. This year 84 projects from 12 countries (CIS and Baltic region) competed for the Global Event Awards.

Rodney John Allam – about trends in the world scientific research and alternatives to traditional energy generation in Russia

In less than two weeks the application period for the Global Energy Prize closes. The first stage of the XV nomination cycle (in particular, nominating candidates for this prestigious international award) closes on December 20. In April, 2017 we will find out, which research will be evaluated by the Global Energy Prize this year and which scientist/scientists will become the Prize laureate/s.
