During the session, experts from the UK, Hungary, Russia, Korea, and the UAE discussed ways of achieving of sustainable energy and came to the conclusion that is it possible to provide current and future generations with clean energy resources without harming the environment. But to accomplish this crucial task, a deep transformation of the global energy system will be required. It, in turn, implies the development of a technological base, the unified political will of states and effective international cooperation.
The presentation of the Global Energy Association’s stand to the Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation Aleksandr Novak became another important event. During the visit of the Global Energy Association’s stand, Aleksandr Novak noted the quality of representation of the Association at such large international forum as the World Energy Congress.
