Sergey Brilev shared his ideas how to make the Global Energy Association even more global and recognizable

Different worlds should not be pushed against each other, but united.  In disputes over which energy sector meets the challenges of the 21st century, a compromise should be found that would not lead poor countries into a dead end and at the same time would not deprive the incentives of everyone else. Sergei Brilev, an international journalist, TV presenter, author of documentaries and books of various kinds, head of the Institute of Bering and Bellingshausen begins new business with such state of mind. On February 3, he has become the President of the Global Energy Association.
The decision to appoint him as a President was made unanimously by the co-founders of the Global Energy Association - PJSC Gazprom, “Surgutneftegas” PJSC, and PJSC FGC UES. As a head of the organisation, Sergey Brilev will start managing the existing Global Energy Association’s projects, as well as developing new directions.
