Regional to Global is a new format of the Association’s overseas events, designed to emphasise the importance, above all, of emerging countries in the global energy balance.
The schedule includes discussions as part of the official business programme, scientific events at universities and community centres, and ceremonies of presentation of the Association’s Honorary Diplomas for Foreign Scientists.
