An educational programme to support energy industry professionals under the age of 35.
The goal of this programme is to encourage development of important soft skills (including self-presentation, etc.), as well as competencies for work at the international level.
Programme participants have access to a series of lectures and workshops from leading experts in the energy community and mentors.
After completing the workshops, the participants prepare their own media presentations and present them to a working group that determines three winners. They can talk to a mentor (a leading expert or scientist) in person, at face-to-face or virtual meetings, and get an opportunity to receive recommendations and advice. As another bonus, the winners have an opportunity to have their material published in the Association’s annual report “10 Breakthrough Ideas in Energy for the Next 10 Years.”
